Paul Gosar (Republican Party) is a member of the U.S. House, representing Arizona's 9th Congressional District. He assumed office on January 3, 2023. His current term ends on January 3, 2025.

Gosar was first elected to Congress in 2010, defeating incumbent Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick (D) to represent Arizona's 1st Congressional District. He successfully ran to represent Arizona's 4th Congressional District following redistricting in 2012.
Gosar worked with Kirkpatrick on several bipartisan efforts after she returned to Congress in 2013, including passing legislation to authorize digging in North America's largest copper mine near Superior, Arizona.
Gosar was selected to be chairman of the Congressional Western Caucus in the 115th Congress.
Prior to serving in Congress, Gosar practiced dentistry for 25 years.
Paul Gosar was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Gosar graduated from Pinedale High School in 1977. He earned a B.S. and D.D.S. from Creighton University in 1981 and 1985, respectively. Gosar's career experience includes working as a dentist.
