Riley Moore, Representative from West Virginia's 2nd District

Riley Moore was born in Morgantown, West Virginia, and lives in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Moore earned a bachelor's degree in government and international politics from George Mason University and a master’s degree in strategic security studies from the National Defense University. His career experience includes working as a national security staffer for the United States House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs and as a contract employee for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
