Thank you, Larry. Net loss was $7,900,000 for the year ended December 31, 2023, compared to $7,500,000 for the year ended December 31, 2022. Total R and D expenses amounted to $1,900,000 for the year ended December 31, 2023, compared to $700,000 for the year ended December 31, 2022, an increase of $1,200,000 This increase was primarily due to the increase in R and D activities related to the development of our fuel. This increase primarily consisted of an increase in INL project labor costs of $800,000 an increase in allocated employee compensation and employee benefits of $400,000 an increase in consulting expenses of $100,000 an increase in travel expenses of $100,000 and an increase in stock based compensation expenses of $100,000 This increase was offset by a decrease of $300,000 primarily related to the Gateway for Accelerated Innovation in Nuclear GAIN voucher work recorded as research and development expenses in 2022 that was completed in the Q1 of 2023. Total G and A expenses were $7,100,000 for the year ended December 31, 2023, compared to $7,500,000 for the year ended December 31, 2022.
