The firm prefers to invest between £5 million ($7.51 million) and £100 million ($204.11 million) per transaction in companies with enterprise values between 50 million ($53.16 million) and 500 million($531.58 million). The firm seeks to acquire controlling equity positions in portfolio companies but can also invest in other parts of the capital structure, including mezzanine and senior debt in support of equity-led transactions.
