Company Overview

www.theprsreit.com The PRS REIT plc is a closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS"). It aims to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth. The Company is investing over £1bn in a portfolio of high-quality homes for private rental, mainly across the major regions of England. Its portfolio currently comprises over 5,000 homes, with a further 500 homes under development. The Company believes its portfolio is the largest portfolio of single-family build-to-rent homes in the UK. Homes have been designed for people at all stages of life, including singletons, couples, families and retirees. The PRS REIT’s homes are high-quality and located close to good schooling and transport links. The homes are let and managed under the award-winning rental brand, ‘Simple Life’, which offers a very high standard of professional tenant care. The institutional landlord model offers its residents greater security of tenure, where they can be assured that their homes remain available for the long-term and that properties will be professionally maintained. The PRS REIT also seeks to foster a sense of community across its developments, with regular events for residents and an app that enables them to engage with each other as well as directly access the Company’s management services. The PRS REIT completed its Initial Public Offering on 31 May 2015, and has raised a total of £560m of equity (gross) including fundraisings in February 2018 and September 2021. The UK Government's Homes England has supported the Company with direct investments. The Company’s Investment Adviser is Sigma PRS Management Ltd (“Sigma PRS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sigma Capital Group Limited, a well-established PRS, residential development, and urban regeneration specialist. Sigma PRS sources investments and manages the assets of The PRS REIT plc. The Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM") is G10 Capital Limited, and Sigma PRS is an appointed representative of G10 Capital Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN:648953).
