The Vista South Coal Project is located approximately six kilometers southwest of the Vista Coal Project and covers approximately 23,000 hectares. Vista Extension is located on the northeast boundary of Vista and covers approximately 14,400 hectares. The Company's subsidiaries include Coalspur Mines (Holdings) Pty Ltd and Coalspur Mines (Operations) Ltd.
