The Company is engaged in the acquisition and development of oil and natural gas reserves in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Its core areas include Flood, Wapiti, Brazeau River and Retlaw. At Flood, the Company has a working interest in a total of 67.5 (net 59.0) sections. This includes a 100% working interest in around 55 contiguous sections with around 16 producing Montney oil wells, gas compression and sales line facilities, and gathering and water disposal infrastructure in place.
