It also holds interests in the North Otu properties located in the Republic of Colombia; and the Gold Road Mine in Mohave County, Arizona. The company was formerly known as Kensington Court Ventures Inc. and changed its name to Para Resources Inc. in March 2014. Para Resources Inc. is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
