PetroMaroc Corporation plc, formerly LONGREACH OIL AND GAS LIMITED, is an exploration stage company. The Company is engaged in the evaluation, acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas properties in Morocco. The Company is an independent oil and gas company focused on its land position in Morocco. The Company holds approximately 50% operated interest in the Sidi Moktar license area covering approximately 2,680 square kilometers. Its over three blocks, totaling approximately 4,500 square kilometers, are located in the Essaouira Basin in central Morocco. Approximately four fields within Sidi Moktar have produced over 30.5 billion cubic feet of gas from Jurassic-aged reservoirs. The Company's subsidiaries are Longreach Oil and Gas Ventures Limited, Longreach Oil and Gas (Canada) Limited and Longreach Oil and Gas (UK) Ltd.
