The Company's assets include approximately two mining licenses, such as Loharano and Antsirabe. The Loharano Graphite Project is located in eastern Madagascar, approximately 20 kilometers west of the coast and over 20 kilometers south west of Brickaville. The Loharano License extends over approximately 12.5 square kilometers. The Antsirabe License covers an area of approximately 6.25 square kilometers. The Company's production plant in Loharano has an existing capacity to produce till approximately 350 tons per month of flake graphite. The graphite occurs in the form of disseminated graphite flakes within the Proterozoic gneissic host rock. The Company also has an option to partner on a new graphite mine and processing plant with Tirupati Carbons and Chemicals Limited at their Vatomaina project, approximately 20 kilometers from its Madagascar operations.
