As of December 31, 2012, it had estimated proved reserves of 80.9 million barrels (MMBbls) of oil and 83.1 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas. The Company's Williston Basin acreage is located primarily in Dunn, McKenzie and Williams counties, of North Dakota. The Company's primary geologic target is the Bakken Pool.
