ProShares Ultra MSCI Emerging Markets (the Fund) seeks daily investment results that correspond to twice (200%) the daily performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index (the Index). The Index adjusts the market capitalization of index constituents for free float and targets for index inclusion 85% of free float-adjusted market capitalization in each industry group in global emerging markets countries. The Index consists of 25 emerging market country indexes, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, the Philippines, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey. The Fund focuses to invest in equity securities and/or financial instruments (including derivatives) that, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as twice (200%) the daily return of the Index. The Fund's investment advisor is ProShare Advisors LLC.
