ProShares Ultra MSCI EAFE (the Fund) seeks daily investment results that correspond to twice (200%) the daily performance of the MSCI EAFE Index. The MSCI EAFE Index (Europe, Australasia, Far East) adjusts the market capitalization of index constituents for free float and targets for index inclusion 85% of free float-adjusted market capitalization in each industry group in developed market countries, excluding the United States and Canada. The MSCI EAFE Index consists of 21 developed market country indexes, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The Fund focuses to invest in equity securities and/or financial instruments that, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as twice (200%) the daily return of the MSCI EAFE Index. The Fund's investment advisor is ProShare Advisors LLC.
