Established in 2006 through the consolidation of regional precious metals producers, Polymetal International is dual-headquartered in Saint Petersburg and London. The company completed its initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange in December 2006 and has since secured secondary listings on the Astana International Exchange as well as an over-the-counter quotation in the United States under the ticker AUCOY.
