On March 5, 2008, the Company acquired Aegeon, LLC (Aegeon). Aegeon primarily has focused on the manufacturing and distribution of industrial grade coatings. In January 2010, the Company announced its acquisition of Evergreen Global Investments Ltd. (Evergreen). Evergreen operates several growth companies that are focused on clean energy and the use of renewable energy.
