It also owns 40.5% interest in the Fencemaker antimony project located in the Stillwater Range of west central Nevada that consists of 5 unpatented contiguous mining claims that cover a total of 100 acres; and an interest in the San Juan vanadium/uranium project comprising 13 lode claims totaling 260 acres located within the Colorado Plateau near the Utah-Colorado border. The company was formerly known as Quuibus Technology, Inc. and changed its name to First Liberty Power Corp. in December 2009.
