The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of exploration and evaluation assets (primarily base and precious metals). The Company's properties include Lucky Boy, Stirrup, Zeus and Zeus #1, Princeton, Charles, Big Mac, Poularies, Yukon, Spider Rock, Gunslinger and Gunfighter and Lonestar. The Company's 85% interest in the Stirrup claim group comprising 13 contiguous claims, Stirrup 1 to 13, totaling 495 hectares, located approximately 95 kilometers west of Clinton in south-central British Columbia and approximately 25 kilometers southeast of the Blackdome mine. Effective February 14, 2013, the Company acquired Windsor Claims, a Quebec-based owner and operator of graphite mining properties.
